Celtic Diary Tuesday October19: A Company Like Every Other

Celtic PLC took advantage of attention being elsewhere yesterday when they told the Celtic Trust that the AGM was being moved forward this year, in what can only be described as an attempt to curtail criticism and examination of their actions surrounding mounting evidence that they are just as bad as the SFA, the SPFL and everyone else involved with the somewhat novel and refreshing outlook on financial fair play and the rules of association football.

The Trust said, on their website;

We were told on Friday (15/10/2021) that the Celtic PLC AGM will be taking place earlier than last year.  Today we have been informed that the deadline for submission of shareholder resolution requisition forms is tomorrow at close of business.  Given there is a game at 3.30 that effectively means 12pm.  It is now extremely urgent that we collect the signatures we need to ensure that the two resolutions proposed by us will appear on the Celtic PLC AGM Agenda.  In this article you will find a link to downloadable Shareholder Resolution Requisition forms.  If you wish to support either or both of these resolutions, please download the form(s), complete the details, sign it and return to us either by scanning and emailing it to us at trust@celtictrust.net or by posting to us at PO Box 502, 103 Byres Road, Glasgow G11 5HW.

Please note:

  1. If you no longer live at the address at which your shares are registered, please provide both your current address and the address under which your shares are registered.
  2. You can provide an electronic signature (there are free options online) or a signature created by taking a photo of your signature on a piece of white paper and thereby creating a photo (jpeg) which can be pasted on to the form

Governance Resolution (link here)

This resolution is designed to improve the governance of Celtic PLC by ensuring the independence of the Non Executive Directors and by protecting the rights of smaller shareholders.

Note of Concern (link here)

This resolution relates to the issues which are usually referred to as ‘Resolution 11’.  This is the final version of this resolution.  An earlier draft was circulated but the forms which have already been signed are still valid.

So, stop what you’re doing and head them off at the pass.

They’re trying to pull the wool over our eyes about something, and we must not allow them to get away with it.

Rumours that Dominic McKay left due to the boards refusal to address the elephant in the room that is the board’s , shall we say, reluctance to address the issues raised by the original Resolution 12 may have no substance to them, but from where I’m sitting, there certainly seems to be suspicion.

Such short notice of matters of such importance is reminiscent of another club/company releasing bad news at five o’clock on a Friday to avoid scrutiny, and it may well be that this announcement has similar motives.

It looks like they are nervous about something, so if I could ask you to turn that anxiety into sheer terror by heading to the Trust website and getting your name down for the revolution, then that would be the first step to reforming our club.

Don;t let them get away with it.

Oh, there’s a game today.

Though I’m suddenly less interested than i was this time yesterday.

Why should I support a club that quite frankly is trying to take even more urine from an already dehydrated customer base ?

You know what to do.

At last count yesterday there were 50 signed forms with CST based on the Concern Res that CST members voted for in August.

The one on the CST web site is an abbreviated version but both are based on the same body of evidence that caused concern.

Regardless of which signed version is received by the CST, both versions should be presented by CST, particularly if the early version voted for in August by CST members and for which support was sought amongst them over 3 weeks ago takes support over the 100 line.

Sadly if required numbers are not acheived there is no point pursuing the AGM route as a means of accountability.

Worse, if line not crossed, the indication Celtic will take is not enough supporters really care about how Celtic are governed. Not enough to act in a way that gets The Board to change their ways.

Sadly my decision to cancel my season ticket has been proven correct once again.

The utter disdain the board have for us and the CST is beyond compare. They know the emotional pull the club has over us and they exploit it at every turn.

I wish others would see this and withdraw their financial support in the short term. As long as the tills are ringing they’ll continue to do that they want.

I won’t be putting in another penny to the club until this board of ambition-less charlatans have left the building.

The lack of replies is pathetic. Everyone shouts about the board being ‘Accountable’ , Lawwell denied knowledge of the 5Way Agreement at the 2019 AGM. Well here’s your chance to vote for boardroom “Accountability”. You are the first to scream about being cheated, so get off your fat @rses and back Auldheid, lend him your shares or forever hold your tongue…

I’ve been holding the board accountable for 7 years on here and all I got was shit for it and banned.

Now even more readers are piling out the woodwork demanding that I be banned again simply for reprinting an article from the Catholic Crisis magazine concerning the horror of what’s really in the jab.

Amazing how so many fools would rather read anything but the truth, isn’t it?

TGM. Like me I’m sure you’d be delighted if all there was to talk about was what happens on the football pitch. Unfortunately most celtic fans don’t care about the corruption or being taken for mugs.
HEK 293, MRC 5, humans really are a messed up species.

I would be delighted just to talk about the game, Eugene, and did early season when they were roaring.

Unfortunately the stench of collusion and corruption emanating from the Celtic board taints my enjoyment of the game.

As for the jab ingredients, I only brought this up because The Cha Cha outrageously regurgitated wholly unresearched mainstream lies onto this site on Saturday and I felt it my duty to inform the readers of the truth of what is actually in this poison which they are using to wipe out humanity.

Turns out that the aborted foetal cells are the least of it as Moderna’s own literature tells us that the lipid-carriers & mRNA scrambler combo is in fact referred to as ‘an operating system’ …

Or, as Dr Carrie Madej’s analyses of what’s in the Modena & J&J bottles proved, the light fluorescence when examined under a.microscope indicates an injectable computer system, hence their use of the word ‘upgrades’, this fact verified to Dr Madej’s by experts in the field of nano research technology.

An injectable computer system, by God …

These people running this show are completely insane and those following them without question, like so many chumps on here, are just gullible ignorant halfwitted sheep with neither functioning brain nor a clue what the term means.

All of this Information is available on all of these ph ram manufacturers web pages, they’re not hiding what’s in the poison, well, the unidentified black particles aside, or, er, the unidentified floating white parts either, but basically they tell us that it is NOT a vac cine and all humanity does is call it a vac cine and go along with the agenda.

Stupidity does not cover the level of dull witted ignorance we are seeing now but it won’t be long now till the wheat is separated from the chaff.

For I reckon God let the chaff take the thing in the first place by not giving them they eyes to see the horror of what is actually happening under the ‘It’s oniy for two weeks’ narrative.

Keep on keeping on, man.

And Never Give Up.

Thats exactly what they want from us.

I’ve seen the Carrie madej stuff, however nobody here will see her or the thousands of other scientists and doctors that are speaking out because they will never be on the BBC.
However HEK 293, Chimpanzee adenovirus, and gmo, are clearly stated on the patient information leaflet. Cuckoo

Dr Madej’s recount of the seemingly self aware hydra standing up tall on the end of the microscope plate was chilling to listen to.

Yet I don’t believe hydras, nor are any other living spider-like tentacled creatures, listed on the label nor have the unidentified black particles that completely stopped the rollout in Japan yet been identified as far as I know.

And don’t worry about the fools on here, they’ve made their choice and their choice is to remain in ignorance, just as God intended.

I’ll tell you what though, I bet some of their keeling their breaks when they read what’s actually in the thing they unwittingly & unquestionably allowed their much trusted government’s medical branch inject into them.

I’nt that right, bams?

*I bet some of them are kekking their breeks, shitting their pants, spewing in their soup.

Thats why they asked Ralph to ban me the other day …

The truth is too unpalatable and frightening for them.

A lifetime of swallowing lies can do that to some folk.

But only if they’re idiots to begin with.

Maybe we seperate board from team for a few hours. See how we go? If they’ve got us over a barrel then let’s fuck them later please. We are a football team after all, and blind Freddy can see the games not straight. This board have been problematic as fuck since I’ve been around, it hasn’t moved with the times, and anyone with a bit of foresight like McKay is out the door
I very much doubt it was because of res 12, probably seen as an upstart with success in mind and we can’t have that . If you get the chance listen to the Aberdeen chairman on sportsound the podcast. Transparent, accountable and genuinely wanting success. The fans need closure and accountability, I get that

Post awaiting approval… our addiction to this club is too strong for pickets and sanctions from buying merchandise. Looking forward to the game though. I doubt McKay had any clue about res 12. He seemed bright eyed ready to turn a big club around with a successful plan. Look where that got him

I will put my moniker to the trust website for what it’s worth. I will quote Charlie saizs idea of “a fan owned club” without this happening the board will be forever picking likeminded individuals who don’t rock the boat. I’ll take more interest in auldheids visions and grievances

I emailed the form to the CST on Sunday.
I can’t understand how the PLC can get away with what they’re doing with moving the AGM and bringing an almost immediate closure to Resolutions. We’ve been too soft on them for too long; this needs stronger action and in huge numbers.

Not a bad game but we’re not making the most of our forward play and they’re a decent outfit who are dangerous.
They’ll be thanking Anthony Ralston for maybe saving them a straight red and going into the book along with their player. Why, oh why must we make these stupid, schoolboy mistakes? I hope Ange gives him a rocket up his arse at HT.

They can get away with anything because they’re Masons and the support always let them away with shit.

They can do what they like and will do.

Another win, at times like a league games with accompanying poor decisions. What a pass from Jota for the opener, fighting second and effort from all. They weren’t up to much and were waiting on the second from about seventy mins. I was waiting on the sucker punch but we worked hard not to concede. Scales for Monty should have been earlier and the Bethlehem Busquets blunted their sting. Well done Celtic.

TicToc

I doubt you’ll see a better breakaway goal than that of Kyogo this afternoon.
Jota’s play at the back was sublime, the ball to Kyogo just pure football and the calm, composed finish was worthy of ANY striker.
Well played Celtic, in control after that superb goal.

Thought jota is becoming our best player, that ball from the outside of his foot both back spin. And Kyogo wonderful touch. That was a brilliance I haven’t seen since Rodgers time. Turnbull has to square that ball to the Greek when he was out through. 5-0 would’ve destroyed them for the next tie.

Iancelt, yes I agree about Jota, great through ball & Kyogo did his thing.
Starfelt is ok but just needs games & confidence,
a fit Jullien starts beside Carter Vickers for me though.

Turnbull is itching too much for the highlight screen. His 1on1, keeper to beat, is not one of his furnishings so far.

That is why God invented forwards.

“I Have A Dream”, said a brave man, well so do I. Only my dream is that all the supporting Celtic shareholders unite together, to hold this board to account. Being a Celtic supporting shareholder is empowering, its like our Japanese Bhoy has just scored and you are bouncing up in down in the stands holding your arms across fellow supporters with your back to the pitch celebrating that wonderful goal, only your arms are around fellow supporter shareholders from around the world. Make no mistake that being a PLC makes the directors accountable. The Celtic supporting shareholders if united could be a huge supporter voice and the directors are accountable to them. I laugh when i hear of Celtic being fan owned because the truth is that it is fan owned, we are just disunited at present, but make no mistake, we will be united soon. I estimate that the current Celtic supporting shareholders are the third biggest shareholding group, a very powerful group. That is why this AGM must bring forward Auldheids proposal to keep the momentum going. Buy shares if possible and make your voices heard. COYBIG.
