All Loans Again (Naturally) : Etims Podcast

Etims get together to discuss The Transfer Window and there is quite a difference of opinion on that thorny subject.

They look at the new Loan arrivals and also the recent departures as well as the non departures and the reasons they are still at Celtic.

They consider the impact a signing of Alex Oxley-Chamberlain could potentially make if it actually comes to fruition.

They look at the next fixtures and the Boycott proposal as well as the Referee problem in Scotland!

They discuss Brian Wilsons interview and questions the Celtic’s Board intentions moving forward.

In a January transfer market where you have a massively experienced manager who has made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR he is NOT going to be manager past the end of this season, loan signings are absolutely brilliant business! In fact, nothing else would have made ANY sense whatsoever!
Not even offloading the “superflops” Engels, or Trusty would have been a good move when we know a new man is coming in!
who knows? Maybe, unlikely as it sounds, just maybe a new manager could actually get something out of one or even both of these two superduds!
Also, he has the opportunity to look at some of the talent we have had on loan to see if they are a fit for him.
This, is EXACTLY what the smart board and smart managers do!
