He may have been only 5ft 6 but he was a True Giant – Celtic and Glasgow Personified…
If Stein was The Brain, Jinky the Skill, Billy the Class, Bertie was the Wit, the Tongue, The Personality.
The man who put us in Gallus.
He made us all feel a little taller, a little more noticeable, a little more respectable and so very proud.
His passing reminds us to worship our heroes as much as we can when we can!
