I am not sure if I have the right information as I could not open your link. But if it is the food drive, would you agree we should look first to supporting it in our own local communities? There is a great need for it in the North East where many ex mining communities experience severe deprivation. My wife and I among many others are regular supporters of the local food banks and are happy to do something extra this week in memory of Brother Walfrid. But I do feel quite strongly that charity should begin at home. Any comments?
It is the foodbank appeal, can’t figure out why you can’t see the pic. I think it’s down to you whether you do something locally or via the club. If you can see a need where you live, then I’m fairly sure Brother Walfrid would approve if you chose to help out there.
