We criticise the board for their signings, or lack thereof, on the playing side but surely Nancy represents their worst decision yet. I doubt he could cut it as a coach in the old junior leagues and he’s even giving me the fear of the cup tie with Auchinleck (I’ve already given up on the Sevco game). This has me feeling even lower than in the covid season when we self destructed under Lennon and the board refused to act.

If a picture paints a thousand words then 2 words write thousands of pictures, each of them a real horror show.
Bizarrely, league, cup and Euro progress are still achievable but that requires change.
However those who effect the change, Desmond, Nicholson, Wilson, Tisdale only inspire confidence that they’ll eff it up, again and again and nauseum.
Is it as good as that?
With hindsight Nancy should not have come in until after the League Cup Final.
He does not understand Celtic’s status and that he is expected to win the league every season.
His determination to introduce a new system mid-season is a mistake. We are going to have to tread water this season and that does not suit.

After spending some time reading over your article. There are a few things i need clarity on. When you say ‘its’, do you mean the league, ten in a row, being best in Scotland, our club….
And also when you talk about fucked, do you think the players are tired, board cant be.., fans are sick as..
Ive always believed a shite manager prioritises things like system(s) over winning games aka Russell Martin, and a good manager can take a squad of shite and make them winners aka mon first time round.
The board are locked in a mexican standoff with the collective, they are both equally harming our club, to the betterment of farts and no dangers. Our club is losing by their virtue!
A great man once said footbal without fans is nothing, im guessing that logic also applies to football clubs directors.
So if ALL the fans can find a way to not go to one single home game, im guessing it would be louder than all the banners and chants about the board put together, sometimes its easy for directors to turn music up when it gets too noisy outside. But one game with zero fans would be so noisy that theyd realise how utterly dependant they are on us fans, likewise, maybe missing one game would make the fans realise the team need us as much as we need them.
I knew our winning run would come to an end, but never in a million years did i think it would be self inflicted by both board and fans infighting.
Itll be sore seeing either of the others lifting the league, knowing they didnt win it, we actually sat down and invited them to move up to the front.
So for knob of the week, id like to nominate all the directors, and all the collective for the turkeys voting for Christmas scenario we find ourselves in..

The Collective exists because of the long term harm caused by the Board and represent tens of thousands of fans.
It also exists to counter the short term thinking that beating dreadful Dons and Livi represented a turn around.
There are no 2 sides of bad, with a well articulated plan for the future against a clueless clownshoe cabal.
