Of course they were guilty of fraud, it seems clear enough to me that by telling lies they altered the truth and documentation, so that Rangers F.C. got a license to enter the group stages of the C.L. qualifiers when they were not entitled to, at the expense of Celtic F.C. both shareholders and supporters were denied access to the C.L. qualifiers and the monies earned by that entry, so in anybody’s book that is fraud.
Regan and Dickson must have conspired to cheat Celtic out of revenue, Grant Thornton, must have altered documentation so they were also guilty of or conspiring to commit a fraud. Also Johnston must have also been involved its inconceivable that he was not aware of what was going on. King is a criminal anyway but is there any proof that he to was involved? I am not so sure that he was. I have always held the view that a fraud was committed and we should have involved the city of London police to investigate it, what is there to lose? Nothing I think…

I would love to be a fly on the wall of Maxwell’s office, if the SFA woke up to find that the city of London police were going to investigate this fraud. Smoke would be billowing out of the Hampden buildings and a new Pope would not be being elected. Publish and be damned…
