We already know that normal rules of business don’t seem to apply, a club can be liquidated now and carry on as though nothing had happened, a unique way of dealing with debts that has yet to be offered by the citizens advice bureau, but it seems to work. There are others, as we have seen, but this is the one that stands out.<\/p>\n
For Regan, however, to adopt this stance that the area is somehow unique and exempt from the accepted rules and regulations , not only in law, but in football, is a fascinating insight as to how his mind works, and consequently , how the SFA works. It also shows a mentality that has previously been adopted by a brotherhood that has dominated the governance of Scottish football for the last hundred years or so. Regan isn’t from around here, so he must count himself fortunate to have had so many locals on hand to explain to him how things work…<\/p>\n

Otherwise, it’s going to be a little tricky for him to sell tickets to a show that many people isn’t worth attending because we already know the plot, and what the ending is going to be.<\/p>\n
