Neil O’Donnell, the owner of the hoops bar, has told STV of the horrific time he endured at the hands of Ajax fans before last weeks Europa League game;<\/p>\n
“I’ve lost five or six hours of memory from the whole night. The whole thing was over in two minutes as far as I know. They were mindless morons. We’re not going to call them Ajax fans.<\/em><\/p>\n
“It took everyone by surprise. It was an absolute rammy. A bottle or glass was thrown in straight away. One of the other customers who is a bit of a regular got a very bad beating.” \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
Police have been criticised for a lack of presence in the area, despite trouble the last time the dutch side were in town.<\/p>\n
