To be fair to Brown whose form is seriously under question at the moment, Corbyn’s comments could have been applied to Craig Thomson, How the hell is he still refereeing, a totally blind bat would be more useful or even give Neil McCann and his infamous rule book a try out. Thomsons yellow card on Considine is one of the poorest decisions of a truly terrible refereeing career. For gods sake even Neil McCann agreed it was a red!

To be honest, as soon as I heard Charlie Mulgrew and Bombscare Boyata were to be the centre pairing, it was clear we wouldn’t have a clean sheet. Boyata actually did well up to a point, and then Craig Thomson did the rest with a crazy penalty decision, endorsed by an equally stupid Andy Walker whose cries of “Boyata..You don’t jump in” were promptly confirmed in the replay showing the Aberdeen player literally launching himself into the bewildered Boyata. Boyata will no doubt slowly be coming to realise what he is up against here in Scotland.

The referee was abysmal, but that’s not the worse thing , the worse thing is Celtic were non existant, bar leigh Griffiths who continues to try and drag our husk of side along on his own. Losing is something we don’t do often in Scotland, and my how it hurts, especially to a team led by Derek McInnes. A veteran Hoops fan named Vince who sits next to me in Celtic Park said “There’s something not right in that dressing room son, listen …they don’t even speak to each other”. Well Vince, It looked at Pittodrie as if they had never played together let alone speak together.

Dear Ronnie, mind that “One day we could have more possession than Barcelona” patter…well when was our main plan “Just punt it to Griffiths?”. I know half of you are now screaming “It got the goal” …yip it did, and it also resulted in a side with the lightest midfield I have seen in many a year wearing a Celtic jersey. Tom Rogic might be good at 5-a-sides in the sun but on a wet windy Aberdeen, he was literally blown away. Stefan Johansen has fallen so far in my eyes I often forget hes even playing, that sums up his efforts. Nir Boton did one of his nice turns at one point and that’s it. As for Scott Brown, the guy is like a lame chicken without a head these days. Give him a rest Ronnie, something seems amiss. Oh and Gary Mackay Stevens was playing, I think.

Anyone screaming at this point “The sending off that wasn’t would have changed the game” should remember Aberdeen had a guy sent off and still won. The second goal was just another question to an under siege Ronnie “What’s the fecks going on at set pieces?” Have Ronnie and John Kennedy just decided to go play Scrabble rather than take the team through defensive drills? What’s happened to Craig Gordon?..hes developed Forsteritis and wont come from his line these days.

By now you realise this is just one of those “Oh for fuxake” rants. After the CL exit, the slow decline has now been confirmed. The lauded “Early planning” which we all heralded has been shown to be a joke every time the bloated Ciftci tries to come on and actually touch the ball let alone get into the game. The days of anticipating the Ronnie Roar are now days of anticipating a Ronnie Roarback. It looks like time for tough love and some tough decisions, either that or its finger in the air and hope for the best!

Will our new centre half pairing of Boyata and Jozo Simunovic heal the uncertainty at the back?

Will we get the real Scott Brown back..cant Stuart Armstrong step in and lift the load of the beleaguered Broonie?

How long can Leigh Griffiths shake off the knocks he’s picking up in every game?..lose him and theres no goals or even opportunities coming our way.

The Ajax scout was in the stands at Pittodrie..he saw absolutely nothing to fear. Celtic look like a team confused at the back, light in the middle and alone up front. The lack of leadership and cohesion is worrying and the quicker it can be addressed the better. Could Ronnie soon be hoping for a Tony Stokes form recovery like the one that saved Neil Lennon..that is the sort of committed performance Ronnie needs from his players, none are turning up bar Leigh Griffiths.

So Ronnie now has a million questions that need facing, the fitbaw answer is up to Ronnie and his team to solve, for the fans, its that time again, buckle down and prepare for a stormy ride, avoid the papers ( I know you do already) and just smile for the next few months as we go through more “transition” to hopefully regain our place at the top during or just after the Xmas period. least now you all know what I want for Xmas now. For Peter Lawwell, he can go add another reason to cry at that red stained balance sheet as people suddenly decide “Europa League?..£70 quid…for that?..whats the point?”

Whats your thoughts…am I talking pish, been on the melodrama-buie too much last night or are we really struggling?

regards

Desimond

“Slow, unwanted, not fit for purpose, should never be a leader when his team are in such a terrible crisis and needing substantial inspiration and…

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
