If it goes pear shaped in this game , theres no second chances. The money at stake for the club makes it the single most important game of the season. BBC Scotland isn’t interested. STV isn’t a proper station, and Sky are more concerned with the Guinness cup, or whatever its called.<\/p>\n
Surely its time to take control of our own affairs regarding tv coverage ?<\/p>\n
I’m all for Saturday at three kick offs, but midweek games for the fan who lives outside Scotland are a nightmare at the best of times. Obviously, they need to be played, but I’m of the mind that if people want to go to the game, it doesn’t matter if its on TV.<\/p>\n
As far as I can tell, even Celtic tv is only offering commentary of the game.<\/p>\n
I tried to ring the Celtic marketing department, but those guys at 118118 couldn’t find it. They did give me the number of the Chocolate Teapot Company however, , as they felt it was equally useful.<\/p>\n
Even the guys at Malaysian Airlines are adapting, offering assisted suicide flights to Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Southampton have launched a \u00a37.5 million move for Celtic keeper Fraser Forster, it was reported today.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n The Sun have reported that the English Premier League side have opened talks to sign the England international. It is thought the club were urged to make a move for the player by the appointment of new goalkeeping\u00a0coach<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0Dave Watson, who worked with Forster at international level and is said to be a huge fan of the player.<\/em><\/p>\n It is believed however, that Southampton\u2019s present valuation is too low for the Parkhead club, who rate Forster at \u00a39 million minimum. Celtic will also have the 25 per cent sell on clause they agreed in mind, after they bought the striker from Newcastle for \u00a32 million in 2012.<\/em><\/p>\n Money shouldn\u2019t be a concern though as Saints manager Ronald Koeman has a large warchest due to the sales of Luke Shaw, Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana.
