We are asking for a vote AGAINST these resolutions to umderline our disgust and concern that the Board while giving themselves huge payments are denying their employees a Living Wage. If proxying to the Chairman please remember to clearly indicate how you wish each vote to be cast.

Thats from an article on the Trusts website.

I can’t see any mention of the other resolution, which calls for an investigation into how Rangers got their licence a couple of years ago, thus skanking a few teams out of money they were due, but thats the other one to vote for.

Unless the grapevine is correct, and its been withdrawn after a chat with Tsar Peter.

The Trust will be tweeting from the meeting regularly, so if you want to keep an eye on this years events, its at #ticagm.

I’m sure we will all be delighted with how it turns out.

International football takes centre stage tonight-its the first leg of the play offs for the World cup. Celtics interest will be in the Greece -Romania and Portugal – Sweden ties, while some of us might have a look at Iceland against Croatia and wonder what might have been -first with Alfie Finnbogasson, and second if Craig Levein had not have been involved with Scotland.

Scotland themselves are in action -action perhaps too strong a word-against the USA , and Scott Brown is looking for a place in the Hall of Fame. He currently has 34 of the required 50 caps;

“I keep a cap and a strip from every game to show my kids what I’ve done.

“Hopefully I can make the magic 50 and they’ll see my picture on the wall.

“I’m enjoying playing for Scotland and for Celtic, even though I haven’t played as many games as I’d have liked to.

“So while I’m free of injury, if I could play every minute of every game then I’d love to do so.

“These are two huge games for Scotland and if I can play in both that would be an honour for me.

“We then go into a huge club game against Aberdeen. Then we have the Champions League, so I’m sure I’ll get a rest then!

“All the lads want to play for Scotland. It’s a great honour and there is a real commitment here.

“Look at Alan Hutton, who has not been playing for Aston Villa. It’s a great opportunity for him to come here, play and show how good he is.”

Er, aye.

James Forrest has pulled out of the squad, as he feels he gets more than enough chances to get injured while on club duty.

The Dream Team of Martin O’ Neill and Roy Keane swings into action for Ireland with a game against Latvia, and the former Celtic manager is upbeat about making a go of a job where he doesn’t have Henrik Larsson in his team and is not allowed to buy any players. Actually, when you remember Henri Camara, thats got to be a good thing.

England manager Roy Hodgson hasn’t decided, publicly at least, whether or not to give Fraser Forster a game against Chile, but it looks likely. There are doubts in England that the big keeper can step up from playing against Barcelona, Juventus, Milan and Ajax, so there is still a chance that Jack Ruddy will get the nod, as he faced West Ham last week, and only conceded one.

Strange one this, but not surprising. If ruddy gets in, then Gary Hooper will feel strangely vindicated, even if someone has to explain to him what it means.

Actually, Jim Bett, the player many people thought was even better than Paul McStay, though granted not anyone who knew anything about football, has claimed that new Celtic signing Holmbert Aron Fridjonsson-Stevie May is easier to spell, I’m sure Lennon just signed the Icelander to annoy me-is the new Gary Hooper;

“Fridjonsson has become a hot property in Icelandic football and his goal ratio of one every two games speaks for itself.

“That’s an impressive strike rate for any attacker no matter what league you play in. The youngster is highly rated and has been earning rave reviews.

“In Iceland they’ve shown all his goals on TV and I would rate him a penalty-box striker in the mould of Gary Hooper.

“He does most of his damage in and around the six-yard box.

“You hesitate to put pressure on the lad by labelling him before he has kicked a ball for Celtic but he has the potential to make a similar impact to Hooper at Celtic Park.

“For an outlay of just £100,000 Celtic would be getting a decent player with the raw ingredients and a keen eye for goal.

“Celtic are not taking any great risk at that price so it really is a win-win situation for everybody.

“Celtic are traditionally a team that creates a lot of chances so it stands to reason that Fridjonsson would score goals for them.

“I think Celtic are the right club for him and that this move has come at the right time. He has so much promise I could see him getting an early opportunity in Neil Lennon’s side ”

Well done the Daily Record for finding someone with inside knowledge of the player. Its probably just a coincidence that its an ex Rangers player. Yeah, they probably couldn’t find anyone else in their big book of football contacts.

Friend of mine has invented a time machine. He was panicking yesterday, as he had inadvertently gone back in time and er, met his mum, and er, well, you know.. So i asked him if he could actually be his own father, but he said it wasn’t possible, as he only went back a fortnight. Anyway, I borrowed it from him…

As I stepped out onto the terrain the first thing that hit me was the smell. The decay and ruins were all around me of a once thriving civilisation. The dark souless creatures that inhabited this place uttered thier unearthly gutteral communication. Then the true horror of what had happened slowly began to dawn on me. The bloody thing wasn’t working. This was still Ibrox, 2013

And heres the new decor inside..

There are many, many rumours about what happened at Ibrox, and there are many , many rumours about what is going to happen. Although I wouldn’t believe the one about an upcoming AGM, as the modus operandi of the spivs is to scarper before they have to face any questions.

Sevco 5088 have suddenly re-appeared. Yesterday, they removed a director, Charles Green, and now only have two left on their board. Craig Whyte, who promised in February of last year, to finish what he started at Ibrox, and Aiden Earley.

Green is away, he’s made his money and got a nice new house out of the money skanked from the Rangers support.

So, whats next ?

Someone has recalled a request to dissolve Sevco 5088, and if you remember, that was the firm set up to buy the assets of the now defunct Rangers FC. Delightfully, and purely coincidentally, for Duff and Phelps, the administrators at the time, the sum raised just about covered their fees…

The only people who know exactly what is going on are those directly involved, the whole saga of the demise of the club will never truly be documented whilst we still have a compliant scottish media too afraid to ask questions and demand answers. They know where to look for them, but are scared to lift up the rock that conceals them.

Happily, for those of us who are interested, the New Scientist magazine offers an explanation;

The Multi-jers theory.

This is a recently postulated theory which essentially says that there could exist a phenomena where two or more entities, though not the same in any way, are recognised as being the same due to a similarity in name, and are in existence at the same time.

At this time there are two schools of thought the more rigid and uniform of these schools states that the name is purely co-incidental, and does demonstrate a likely continuation though not fully explanative of the multi-existence.
