Celtic hammered St Mirren 5-0 to move sixteen points clear at the top of the table, and whilst “rangers ” now have two games in hand , unless there is a significant change in how many points they get for a win, it’s becoming apparent that the rest of the league season is but a mere formality….<\/p>\n

What once looked as though it could be an exciting and perhaps even close run battle between Glasgow’s most successful and least successful clubs has turned into a bit of an anti-climax as one of the horses in the two horse race developed some sort of respiratory infection and all but withdrew from the event.<\/p>\n

Various outlets are trying to predict exactly when the title will be secured, but given the lack of fight from Ibrox, it is somewhat difficult,.<\/p>\n
It’s impossible to predict which “rangers ” will turn up, and so difficult to see how they’ll perform.<\/p>\n
For example, today they face Ross County in Dingwall.<\/p>\n
Will we see the piss poor “rangers ” of late, or will we be treated to an even more insipid showing from them ?<\/p>\n

There certainly seems to be no end in sight to their misery, and the media have ben given the go ahead from the fat controller to blaze away at Steven Gerrard, in the hope he’ll call it a day and therefore forfeit the monies owed on his contract.<\/p>\n

Added to the supporters vitriol, it can’t be a pleasant time for him over there right now…<\/p>\n

He’s been working hard ever since the beginning of the year, I don’t know how many goals he’s got now, maybe that’s him up to 11 which is a great return considering he hasn’t played that much.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n “We know what we’ve got with him. I’m just pleased for him on a personal level. He’s come a long, long way and that will mean a lot to him today.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We’re all pleased. The man has had his problems, but he’s come back far stronger for them.<\/p>\n Griffiths now wants to carry on and play his part at Ibrox next week, and whilst the press seem to want to build up a wee bit of hype around the game, Griffiths kind of played it down, but you could almost feel the enthusiasm…<\/p>\n \u201cAm I ready for Ibrox? I was born for Ibrox. I\u2019ve never been beaten there with Celtic.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve started twice and scored twice with two victories.<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cIf the manager starts me \u2013 or has me on the bench to make an impact \u2013 I\u2019ll be ready to go.
