At a\u00a0recent Largs review, it was agreed that the rules apply only to a kick on the legs so this claim is\u00a0inappropriate for any post match review. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accused:<\/strong> Genghis Khan or Tem\u00fcjin Borjigin ( worth more in shirt name sales) Panel review:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 This seems to clearly be\u00a0 more of a UEFA matter given the location.\u00a0On initial evidence\u00a0the Panel\u00a0feels\u00a0that it seems yet another matter of hearsay over hard evidence and\u00a0 doubts any contravention of\u00a0any Scottish Football Book statutes. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accused:<\/strong> Shaka Zulu Panel review:<\/strong> Again the panel must reject the claims on offer as\u00a0it cannot officially recognise the sectarian claim\u00a0“rebel” in evidence.\u00a0The Panel concede that\u00a0this title probably does suggest he was a bad ‘un but its politically sensitive times these days etc. Animal husbandry is also sadly\u00a0outwith the Panels remit bar the annual award to Broxi Bear for Mascot of the Year. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accused:<\/strong> Pol Pot Panel review:<\/strong> Given the Panel members are involved in attending swanky dinners as part of\u00a0 the current MurrayField vs Hampden Park decision, it feels it cannot give any review of The Killing Fields as this may be seen as a conflict of interest.<\/p>\n Panel Verdict:<\/strong> Case closed.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accused:<\/strong> Joseph Stalin Panel review:<\/strong> The Panel is disappointed to see this case before it given it really really enjoyed its trip to the recent World Cup in Russia. While the evidence does appear fresh and compelling here, it notices that a \u00a0massive new\u00a0care package has arrived\u00a0\u00a0from a Mr V Putin of Russia so really has to go open that first.<\/p>\n Panel Verdict:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Verdict pending\u00a0post\u00a0further deliberation, say 50 years.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Accused:<\/strong> Mao Zedong <\/p>\n Panel review:<\/strong> Once again the Panel respect the body of evidence supplied but must defer any judgement in this case. The Scottish Football Governing bodies wish to continue to try and entice Chinese sponsors and also wish to punt our Television rights to the Far East as quickly as possible.
