Wee Jinky.\u00a0 Still Looking. 5th October 2016.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I saw you a hundred times I watched you from The Jungle A bhoy so full of magic Yet they thought you were a ballbhoy They couldn\u2019t get the ball off you And your statue outside Paradise When Paradise ruled the football world I\u2019ll remember you a legend And though The Jungle is no more The Holy Poet.<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Some \u00a0Jinky Magic on Youtube:
\nbut you never knew my name
\nI was one of just the thousands
\nWho watched your every game<\/p>\n
\nSometimes up the Celtic end
\nYet to everyone you never met
\nTo them you were their friend.<\/p>\n
\nYou even played your nightly dream
\nYou conjured up your wizardry
\nTo star in Celtic\u2019s team<\/p>\n
\nWhen big Jock let you train
\nBut the gallus smout wi\u2019 ginger hair
\nDrove the first team Bhoys insane.<\/p>\n
\nBut that was not through choice
\nIt was then you were accepted
\nAnd became one of The Bhoys<\/p>\n
\nSculpted out in bronze
\nBrings back to me the memories
\nOf a golden age that dawned.<\/p>\n
\nEleven legends you became
\nBut you were the only Lion
\nThat no-one ever tamed<\/p>\n
\nAnd legends never die
\nYou\u2019re still with us in our hearts
\nStill here in Paradise.<\/p>\n
