Uralius has a message for Scott Brown….

“Truly wonderful, the mind of a child is.” – Yoda. Attack of the Clones.
I have been paying a bit more attention to what some of our more high profile players have been saying to the press. I don’t like what I’m hearing/reading. On the 25th April during an interview with Scott Brown it became apparent there is a disease of sorts running rampant through our squad and it disgusts me. It must be healed, it can be healed and with some grit and determination it can be done before a Saturday lunch time Kick off.
Below are excerpts from the Dublin interview.
The Scotland captain (Scott Brown) said:
“I think everyone’s got their say.  “They can say and do as they please because we have not been producing the right results as we should be. We know that and we have let ourselves down.”
Broony,  do realize what you did there? You HAVE made a bunch of shite from the past sound vaguely futuristic? “We have HAVE not been producing” should read “we didn’t produce.”
“We know that and we HAVE let ourselves down.” should read, “we know we let ourselves down.”
Stop it with this have, it confused the tense and in some cases removes freedom of choice.
Now onto the actual content…
Yourselves?  Yourselves?
What about the millions who can only dream of pulling on the Hoops ?
Those who have had to live through some terrible shite that many of you players would struggle to comprehend ?
Those for whom the only thing that has been a constant through all of that has been OUR club,  the shining light, that has now  been embarrassed, turned into a laughing stock and whih has become  a shadow of what it used to and should still stand for?!
The club you have served for 9 years the supporters who look up to you and still believe you can do no wrong because of things like this…
We need to bounce back from this now. We need to start getting ourselves together.”
Need?
To start?
What is this need, when is it going to start?  Just bloody do it! Maybe we should have stuck with Nike® after all. Try this “We Are pulling ourselves together because all of this talk of future shite has killed our club.”
“We need to go back to winning ways. We’ve got next season to look forward to.”
Go back? Never go back, only forward, there is no back! Just win, go out and be a flocking winner again.
Not tomorrow!
NOW!
There we go again looking forward to next season.
Forget next season, forget the League title, forget this game or that.
That is YOUR BALL and someone on the other team you didn’t give permission to play with it has it! Make it yours again. Once you win it, if you don’t know what to do pop it in the back of the net and discuss it later!
“For now, Ronny is still our manager and we need to try and win the league for him as soon as possible and give him something back.”
Here we are all needy again and what’s with this try? Forget this try, just sort it out!
Where is this guy?
Give him back for what exactly?
For completely messing up a Champions League experienced, multi-trophy winner’s internal dialogue?
For being a really understanding bloke?
For being a nice guy and changing the whole “team’s” training so one young lad can go on a date with his GF?
Please give me a break.
“Do. Or do not. There is no try.” – Yoda. The Empire Strikes Back.
Scott Brown I have always loved watching you play, I have always respected you and what you have to say, but you sound like a broken man.
Stand tall, put your arms out and get yer MOJO back!
Then instill some of it in your team and tell all those wee arrogant pricks with one £ filled eye elsewhere that WE ARE CELTIC and if they embarrass  OUR club again, or bring it into disrepute again they will be answering to you!
There are millions of us that have your back, now get at ’em don’t hold back, remind those that have forgotten, then take those still standing into that game on Saturday win every flocking tackle, 50/50 ball, header and put it into that Hearts net.
Forget breaking hearts,  rip those players hearts from their bloody chests and feed them back to them!
The reign of Ronny is over, the time for try is over, forget these future improvements, the time is NOW!
Live in the now and be our Captain again!
Hail, Hail!

Spot on. Which is more than can be said about a Broonie pass.

Han shot first.

Perhaps Celtic should get out there and play football without waiting for the opposition to do something before we get out of first gear.

Can we not make it tomorrow? Broony likes a long lie-in in the morning I hear.

Scot knows his best day’s as a top performer are behind him now all I see is a guy who is living off past glories and trying desperately to show he’s “still got it”.
Sorry but he’s been shocking this Season throughout the Season and I feel it’s time he was replaced now.
There are players bursting to get a game for Celtic perhaps now is the time to let THEM put in a performance and stake a claim for next Season?
Personal pride should be enough to get a performance out of all of them and if they can’t even muster that then please do us all a favour and get to fuck.
Allan can play his role he has a tackle in him and a pass.
As has Breslin in the Development squad.

By the way, what has happened to Allan? He and Christie should be getting game time as well as McGregor and Armstrong. Armstrong can play but must be played in a good position. It is hard to give up on Brown but he has cost a lot of points down the home stretch. Poor passing and poor play generally. He needs a rest then take it from there.

It was obvious months ago that Broonie was past it and he did not have the leadership to lift the team.It saddens me to say it but he is just an average player now who can’t inspire those players round about him .
