Celtic Diary Monday July 8: Resolution 12: This Is The Important Bit

After several years of stonewalling, and kicking the can so far up the road as to gain admiring glances from Dave King, it’s time to force the board to do something about the institutional cheating that took place when Rangers were granted a licence to play in the Champions League.

It’s not gone away, you know.

In fact, it’s undergoing a catharsis.

And it’s perfectly simple. A new resolution is being drafted, and this time everyone who is a shareholder is being asked to add their name to it.

A list of original shareholders supporting Resolution 12 to 2013 Celtic AGM is being updated/extended.

Would any shareholders with an interest in the matter who have not already contacted  Auldheid recently,  please e mail him at auldheid046@gmail.com “

This is our “what did you do in the war, daddy ? ” moment.

If we give up, and accept that our board doesn’t give a toss about sporting integrity, then we have no right to criticise them over anything-new kits, new players, naming the stadium after some multi national…nothing.

The basic premise of sport is that it takes place on a level playing field. The events at the start of this decade prove that in Scotland, it clearly isn’t.

Apart from seeing that justice is done about thise events, unless we see that it is, there is every chance that it will happen again.

It’s perfectly obvious that the whole set up in Scotland is designed to have the two big Glasgow clubs at the peak of their powers. No matter what it takes.

It’s perfectly obvious that one of those powers is quite capable of looking after itself.

It’s also perfectly obvious that the other one, or two, to be technically correct, isn’t.

The SFA have colluded in a masive fraud perpetrated against you and me, the taxpayer.

Against you and me, the paying customer.

We have long sought the support of other clubs in trying to cleanse the stench that surrounds Hampden Park, and whilst its not been forthcoming, their support would, in the right circumstances, force their hand.

We need to lead the way in forcing the hand of our own club, because perhaps more than anything, when Lawwell pointed out to us that he needed a “smoking gun “, it would not be amiss to say that when it was given to him, he promptly put it somewhere safe, where it could do no further damage.

The point is, that particular gun would do no damage at all, in fact, it would clean up this town, more effectively than if Clint Eastwood took a hold of it and  rode up the steps of Hampden wearing a poncho.

This new Resolution needs you signature, as a shareholder, to help show those in their ivory towers that its still our game, and we still want it to be run properly.

In case you missed it the first time…

You see, all the excitement about tomorrows champions League game, all the speculation about a right back doesn;t matter if we continue to pay into a rigged game.

And thats why this is the only matter to be mentioned in todays diary, because when it boils down to it, it’s the only thing that really does matter.

The other point is this: You can still purchase Celtic shares to add your voice to those that have already committed to the new resolution at the next AGM. “Get Them Telt”.

John, Go to the Celtic Shares Registrar page on your P.C. The Registrar is.. Computershare Investor Services plc. Tel.0370-702-0192 they will give you all the advice you need, alternatively just type in “how do I invest in Celtic plc. shares.” to find out more. The last time I looked the shares were trading @ buy 170p sell @ 160p.
Celtic being a PLC. are listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) the ticker name is CCP. I hope that helps.

Thanks everyone who made contact.

Quite a lot actually so it will take me a few days to explain the request individually.

Think of it as contingency for now against more long grass attempts but makes a relevant response easier if SFA continue to do SFA or fail to answer the questions put, which are in the Res12 Archive https://www.Res12.uk, from last June if they reach any decision.

Once again thank you.

Ralph,
Can we have a podcast on res 12, maybe get Auldheid on to the podcast.
That’s if he knows how to use a phone at his age?

Jordan Larsson, the son of the king of kings, is 22 now & starting to bang them in.
Maybe i’m being romantic ( easy now Una ), but the way he is taking some f his goals reminds me of someone.
At least have a look Lenny.

How good would it be to hear the tannoy announcer at Paradise, once again read out, ” goal for Celtic, Larsson “?

I think i’ve just cracked a semi…….

Well we need another forward and if we can’t persuade that boy to join then there’s no hope for us.
How cool would it be if he scored the goal that clinched the 10 after his dad (and Harald Brattback) scored the goal that stopped theirs.

The Res 12 issue is clearly a scandal and shows cheating and probably collusion but is a more obvious and easier issue to address not the Lord Nimmo Smith ruling. Based on the false premise that EBTs were legal, surely it has to be revisited as thousands of cases of improperly registered players has gone unpunished, and everyone watched it happen, out in the open, and they said ‘let’s move in’ And everyone has!?! That is a scandal and, quite frankly, shows that we are all colluding with that decision by not even talking about doing anything about it!

Sorry, I meant ‘let’s move on’, not ‘let’s move in’!

Here’s hoping? Winkling the scum out of Hampden and seeing justice done would honestly give me more pleasure than anything else which has happened since 2012 and the death of the Hun.

Maybe if everyone who bought season tickets during that period claimed their cash
back from Celtic, after all, we were unknowingly contributing to a fix, Lawwell would get himself motivated.

Lawwell could then recover the lot from the SFA.

The smoking gun will already have been sold on the black market.

A class Action lawsuit against Celtic is unlikely to succeed. I see your logic, but many of the season book holders would be suing themselves as shareholders. Can Celtic be liable if at the time of sale they didn’t know?

If only Fergus was still here.
He would have had this done and dusted a long time ago. I wonder if anyone has actually contacted him to see what his thoughts would have been given the evidence provided by auldheid and his requisitioners.
I’m sure he would have loved this
Unless of course our club is so complicit in the greatest football swindle ever that to tell the truth would shock our own supporters more?
Whatever the truth is regardless we need to know
A wonderful time to be a Celtic supporter with 9 back to back trophies in the cabinet.
9 in a row looming for a second time and the greatest evidence put together by a group of supporters to shiw that our governing body is not fit for purpose never has been fit for purpose and never will be fit for purpose as long as it goes unchallenged in its masonic principles of caring for and protecting only one club they call their own.
Beating them on this res 12 for me would be the greatest and sweetest of all our victories in our wonderful unbroken history.

Thank you to all involved with-in the Resolution 12.

How to fix the fix?

Allowing toxic people to remain in a position of power is not much different than allowing cancer to grow in your body untreated.

The best treatment for both is complete removal.

Failing to conduct a review would be a “failure in transparency, accountability and leadership”.
